When you register an account, we collect personal details such as your name, email address, and studio information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture. We do not access any other Google data.
We store what you choose to put into AirQuotes, such as proposals, pricing, client contact details, project content and the files you upload, so the service can work for you. We only use it to run the service.
When you use AirQuotes, we receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use it only to keep your account secure and to fix errors.
We do not record your screen or your sessions. Every font in the app and on shared proposals is served from our own servers, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. If you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner, we also use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to measure how the site is used. Analytics does not run until you accept it. Studios use AirQuotes to send proposals to their clients. When someone opens a shared proposal, we record the following and show it to the studio that sent it, so the studio knows the proposal was read:
We do not record clicks, mouse movement or the screen, and we do not use this information for advertising or share it with anyone other than the sending studio. It is kept for as long as the proposal exists and is deleted with it. If you have read a proposal and want this information removed, contact the studio that sent it, or contact us at the address below.
The client details you keep in AirQuotes (names, contact details, notes, proposals and project files) are your data. For that information you are the controller and we are your processor: we handle it only to run the service for you, and never for our own purposes. A Data Processing Agreement setting this out is available on request from legal@airquotes.app.
We do not disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties. We share it only with the service providers we use to run AirQuotes (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, e-signatures, payments, error monitoring and AI features), each bound by contract to use it only to provide its service to us. Our AI features run on Anthropic’s Claude. When you use one, the text you give it, such as a meeting transcript, is sent to Anthropic. Neither we nor Anthropic use it to train AI models.
We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure authentication. Only authorised staff can access your data, and only to give support, fix a problem or meet a legal duty. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data may be processed and stored in different regions depending on the service providers we use. THE DRAWLINE TASARIM LIMITED SIRKETI is based in Türkiye and the service is designed for users in the EU, UK, and United States. Where your data is transferred out of the EU, UK or Türkiye, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which permanently removes your data, including proposals, signed documents and project files. Stored files are removed within a day. Export anything you want to keep first.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
You can also export your studio’s data yourself, on any plan, from Your data in your profile settings. It downloads as one ZIP of CSV, JSON and image files, which covers the right to data portability without waiting on a request to us.
If you are located in the EU or UK, your rights under the GDPR apply. If you are in California, your rights under the CCPA apply. If you are in Türkiye, your rights under the KVKK apply.
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of AirQuotes after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
