These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AirQuotes, operated by The Drawline (“we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Türkiye. By creating an account or using AirQuotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AirQuotes is a proposal creation and management tool for design studios. The service includes proposal editing, AI-powered features, client sharing, e-signatures, document export, and client management.
AirQuotes is a tool, not a legal, financial, or professional advisory service. You are solely responsible for the content of any proposals you create, send, or share through the service.
You may register using an email and password or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

AirQuotes offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Payment is processed by a third-party provider. We do not store credit card information.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or enter into AirQuotes, including proposals, client information, brand assets, and terms and conditions. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account.
We do not use your content to train AI models.
AirQuotes allows you to store client information for proposals and pipeline management. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store your clients’ information and that your use complies with applicable data protection laws.
When you share a proposal, the recipient can view it without creating an account. Share links expire and may be password-protected. Viewers may leave comments on shared proposals.
E-signature functionality is provided through a third-party provider. E-signature laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether e-signatures are legally sufficient for your purposes. We do not guarantee the legal enforceability of any e-signature collected through the service.
AirQuotes includes AI-powered features. AI-generated content is provided for convenience and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
AirQuotes provides access to stock images through a third-party API. You are responsible for ensuring your use of stock images complies with the applicable licence terms.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, to attempt unauthorised access, to send spam, to scrape or interfere with the service, or to resell the service without our consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by The Drawline and protected by intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours. Our service remains ours.
We aim to keep AirQuotes available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from downtime.
Except where such exclusions are prohibited by law, under no circumstance will The Drawline, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, or suppliers be liable for negligence, gross negligence, negligent misrepresentation, fundamental breach, damages of any kind including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, breach of privacy, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, or reliance on, the service, any linked websites or third-party services, nor any content, materials, or information thereon.
In any jurisdictions that prohibit the exclusion and/or limitation of liability for consequential and/or incidental damages, The Drawline’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify The Drawline from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This permanently removes your profile, proposals, files, and settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
