For design studios doing more than they quoted
Extra work needs a new agreement.
Keep scope, requests and approvals together. Have the fee conversation before you do the extra work.

“One more thing” is still work.
Another layout. An extra meeting. A third revision. Each sounds small until you add them up. AirQuotes keeps the original agreement close to the work, so you can spot what has changed and discuss it with your client.
A clear scope. A shared record.
Put the boundaries in the proposal.
Set out deliverables, revision rounds and exclusions before the client signs. Make it clear what the fee covers.
The signed scope becomes the work plan.
Create a project from the proposal. Phases, deliverables and payment milestones carry over, ready to work from.
Keep approval with the request.
Put requests on project cards and collect client responses through the portal. Agree the extra scope and fee before work starts.

The small extras add up.
What does extra work look like across your year? Adjust the numbers to match your projects.
Your estimate, repeated over twelve months. Not a prediction of savings with AirQuotes.
Before you try it.
Does AirQuotes charge clients for extra work?
You decide what is included and what needs a new fee. AirQuotes gives you the signed scope and a record of client decisions to support that conversation. It does not automatically charge for a request.
Can I use my own project stages?
Yes. Start with a discipline template, then edit the phases, deliverables and exclusions to fit the project. Save your version to use again.
What happens after the beta trial?
Approved applicants get two months on Studio without a card. After that, the account moves to Free and your work stays editable. You can choose a paid plan when you need it.
Keep the next extra from becoming a favour.
We are inviting our first studios to try AirQuotes on real work. Bring a project, use the workflow and tell us what needs to change.
